The coach reads the photo — down to the supplement bottle in the background. · July 2026

oh and by the way the sugar that I use is monk fruit in the raw I don't know why I keep saying Splenda

No worries! I've noted that — from now on when you say Splenda I'll log it as Monk Fruit In The Raw. 👍 ✏️ Updated — sweetener changed to Monk Fruit In The Raw (−9 kcal).

Meal photo sent to NanoRhino: french toast sticks with sugar-free syrup on a paper plate

Yep, that matches what we've got — 3 sticks with the SF syrup, already logged! ✅ I can see a supplement bottle in the background too — if that's something with calories (like a protein drink), just let me know and I'll add it.

it's children's chewable vitamins I have to take two a day

I'm trying to think of something with a lot of protein besides chicken or salmon because I'm kind of getting chicken and salmoned out

Good to know! Children's chewable vitamins are basically zero calories so no need to track those. 👍 Totally fair — variety keeps things sustainable! Some high-protein options you might enjoy: 🥩 Ground beef or turkey (lean) — tacos, patties, stir-fry 🥚 Eggs — omelets, egg salad, frittata 🐟 Shrimp or tilapia — quick to cook, lighter than salmon 🧀 Cottage cheese — great cold or baked into things

I got a new protein powder yesterday it's a Reese's cup c4 whey protein is it good for you

C4 Whey is a solid protein powder! Per scoop you're looking at: ~130 kcal | 25g protein | ~5g carbs | ~2g fat Whey absorbs fast and has a complete amino acid profile — great for muscle preservation while losing weight. 💪

Birthday pizza? No guilt — a plan.

Real life happens. The coach strategizes around it instead of shaming you. · July 2026

How many calories over today?

You're about 187 kcal over your 1,745 target today — mostly from the fries and fat at lunch. Not a big deal in the grand scheme, especially with that streak you've got going. Tomorrow's a fresh slate.

Ok thanks 👍🏻 we are supposed to have pizza tomorrow night for my brother's birthday. I may bring veggies as a side

That's a solid move — bringing veggies gives you something to fill up on that isn't all pizza. A couple slices plus a big veggie side is totally workable within your target if you keep the rest of the day lighter and protein-forward. Enjoy the celebration — just let me know what you end up having and I'll log it.

What would you recommend for lunch if I am probably having pizza and veggies for dinner?

Since pizza's carb/fat-heavy, balance it out earlier: go lean and protein-forward at lunch. Something like grilled chicken or a big salad with lean protein, or eggs + veggies — skip the bread/fries/creamy sauces. That leaves you room for a couple pizza slices tomorrow night without blowing past target.

Thank you!

On GLP-1: appetite handled, protein protected

A one-line dinner text, then a weekly report that catches the muscle-loss risk. · July 2026

Dinner time 🍽️ Shrimp + broccoli or green beans is always a solid call — protein-forward, light on carbs. What are you having tonight? Just text me a line!

Dinner is string beans n shrimp n broccoli

📝 Dinner logged! 🍽️ This meal: 315 kcal | Protein 35g | Carbs 18g | Fat 12g · String beans (sautéed) — 90 kcal · Shrimp (sautéed) — 150 kcal · Broccoli (sautéed) — 75 kcal 📊 So far today: 🔥 1,176/1,565 kcal — 75% Protein 96g | Carbs 80g ✅ | Fat 53g ✅

The next evening — weekly report

This week you averaged 1,220 kcal — your GLP-1 is clearly keeping appetite in check, and 7/7 days logged gave us a full picture. The scale backs it up: down 3.4 lb (231.4 → 228.0 lb), running ahead of your ~1.2 lb/week target. Protein averaged 110g vs your 137g goal — the gap is real but fixable. Your fastest lever: add Greek yogurt to every breakfast, and on smoothie days swap the PB smoothie for shrimp or salmon — 3–4× more protein for the same calories.

Thank You I'm happy

That's great to hear! You had a solid, balanced day — nice mix of protein and veggies across all three meals. Keep it up tomorrow 💪

“I don't eat dinner” — noted, adapted, done

Keto, fasting, two meals a day — the coach fits your style, not the other way around. · July 2026

I don't eat dinner I only eat breakfast and lunch

That means today's done at 2,580 kcal, just under your 2,775 target. Solid first day 💪 I won't suggest dinner going forward. Just text me breakfast and lunch as you eat them and I'll keep the numbers running.

Is high fat bad for weight loss if I keep my carbs super low?

No — on keto/carnivore, fat is your fuel. It's not stalling weight loss as long as total calories stay at or below 2,775. The reason I flag fat as "high" is calorie density: 1g fat = 9 cal vs 4 cal for protein. So when fat runs high, it eats through your calorie budget fast — like today, two meals and you're already at 93%. You lost nothing today. You hit your target, carbs stayed low, protein was strong. That's a winning day on your diet style.

No photo? A messy one-liner works too.

An 8:40pm question, a nutritionist's answer

Not a chatbot platitude — a specific call with the tradeoff spelled out. · July 2026

Would a half serving of what I had for dinner be bad?

Calorie-wise, no — you'd land around 2,115 kcal, still under target with room to spare. Fat is the catch: that meal's rich (mostly from the Alfredo sauce), and a half serving would push you to ~104g fat vs your ~80g target — noticeably over. If you want more, I'd stick to just the chicken + broccoli portion and skip the sauce-heavy half — keeps you full without the fat overshoot.
