1. About the Service

NanoRhino, operated by Link Heart Limited, is an AI nutrition and weight-loss coaching service delivered primarily over SMS/MMS text messaging at (915) 277-7888. Coaching includes meal logging by text or food photos with calorie and macro estimates, weigh-in tracking, reminders, weekly progress reports, and a free web TDEE calculator. No app download or account registration is required.

2. User Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts, and have a U.S. mobile number capable of sending and receiving SMS/MMS messages in order to use the Service. The Service does not provide weight-loss coaching to minors.

3. Your Phone Number & Messaging

The Service is linked to your mobile phone number; there are no usernames or passwords. Please keep your number current. If you give up or transfer your number, text STOP or email us first so that coaching messages and your data are not associated with a recycled number. You are responsible for all instructions sent from your number.

4. Pricing & Payment (Results-Based)

NanoRhino uses results-based pricing. It is free to start — no subscription and no upfront charge — and stays free until the scale moves. After that, you pay $10 per pound you actually lose, and your total is capped at $500, so if you lose more you pay nothing more.

We bill only after the weight is off and has stayed off for two weeks.
Progress is measured from the weigh-ins you log with your coach.
Payment is collected through the payment link or method we send you by SMS.
Charges for results you have already achieved are final and non-refundable.
Any change to pricing applies only going forward, with notice, and never retroactively to weight you have already lost.

By opting in to NanoRhino SMS, you consent to receive up to 3 daily meal-logging reminders and conversational AI coaching messages. Message and data rates may apply. 6. Use of the Service

Use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations

NanoRhino provides general wellness and nutrition insights and is not a substitute for professional medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making changes to your diet or exercise routine. The Service is not intended for the treatment of eating disorders or any other medical condition. If your healthcare provider has advised you against losing weight, do not use the Service for that purpose. In an emergency, contact your local emergency services.

8. Data Privacy
